Terms of sale

1. Who is selling

The seller is FLOFUM, S.L., CIF B75621250, whose registered office is at Calle Parcerisa 13, Local 1, 08014 Barcelona, Spain, trading on this website as Halvus (support@halvus.com). They govern sales to consumers purchasing for personal, non-business use.

2. What the website does

The site presents our products and takes orders for them through a basket and a checkout. Each product costs exactly what its listing says, and the basket total is simply the sum of those listed prices.

3. How the contract is formed

What you see on a listing is an invitation to place an order, not an offer in the legal sense. The order you send from the checkout earns an order number by email; the contract itself is formed later, on the telephone, when we confirm the order and settle a delivery day with you. Should we be unable to supply – stock gone, for instance – the order can be declined, and no contract comes into being. Nothing is lost by that: settling at the door, no money had moved; settling by card, the full sum goes back.

4. Prices and delivery charges

Prices are quoted in euros with VAT included. We charge nothing for delivery to a street address in the EU. Islands and remote regions can take longer to reach, but they do not cost more: carriage is free everywhere we sell, and nothing is added at the checkout or afterwards.

If the price on the website changes after you have ordered, the price shown when you ordered continues to apply. An evident pricing error will be flagged to you before shipping, and you may then withdraw free of charge.

5. Paying

Two, and each settles the exact total of the order. The first is the card form at the checkout, operated by the payment company named on that page. The second is at your door on delivery, in the currency of the country you are in, once you have had the chance to look the parcel over. Bank transfers and deposits we do not accept, and settling at the door means no money moves until the parcel is there.

6. Delivery, ownership and risk

Delivery times are shown on the delivery page and are estimates. Ownership of the product, and the risk of loss or damage, pass to you when you receive it and pay.

7. Cancelling within 14 days

As a consumer you can cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, with no reason required, by sending us an email. Return the product within 14 days after that email, labelled with the return number we issue. Once it reaches us, the amount you paid is transferred back to your bank account within 14 days. If the product has been handled more than was needed to establish its nature and how it works, we may deduct the resulting loss in value and will tell you the amount beforehand. 8. Legal guarantee

Spanish law gives each product a three-year legal guarantee of conformity, counted from delivery. How to make a claim is explained on guarantee and safe use. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

9. Using the products

Please follow the manual that comes with each product, particularly its instructions on pressure, heat, blades and electrical safety. We are not liable for damage caused by use the manual warns against.

10. Liability

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss that was a foreseeable result of that breach. Our liability is not excluded or limited for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or in any other case where the law does not allow it.

12. Law and complaints

Spanish law applies to these terms, but it cannot take away the mandatory consumer protection of the country in which you live. You may bring proceedings in Spain or in your home country. Please contact us first; if a disagreement remains, a consumer protection body where you live can advise you, as can your national European Consumer Centre (ECC) for a purchase across a border.

13. Revisions

These terms may be revised from time to time; an order stays subject to the wording online on the day you accepted our offer.
