Purpose of the website

The site describes the Halvus kitchen range and takes orders for it. Payment is by the card form at the checkout, which is operated by the payment company named there, or at the door on delivery, as described in the terms of sale. Card numbers are never visible to us and never held here.

Using the website

Please use the site lawfully. Spamming through it, trying to get into restricted parts of the site or its hosting, and scraping its content with bots are all forbidden.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the texts, photographs, logo, design and code of this website belong to FLOFUM, S.L. or are used with the permission of their owners. You may view them and link to them; any commercial use requires our written consent. Names of third-party products appear only to identify those products.

Accuracy of information

Product information is checked when it is published. The price displayed for a product is the price charged; only availability may change, and each order is confirmed in writing before it is dispatched.

Any links to other websites are given for convenience only. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content or for how they treat personal data.

Availability

From time to time the website may be unavailable for maintenance or because of a technical fault. Orders already confirmed by email are not affected.
