Short answers to the things people actually worry about.

Am I being tracked?
No. There is no advertising pixel on this site, no analytics profile, and nothing that follows a visitor to another website. Reading these pages leaves the server with what any web server records — the request, the browser string, the address it came from — and nothing is built on top of that.
What is left behind after an order?
A name, a delivery address, an email address, a telephone number and a note of what was bought. A message through the contact form leaves a name, an email address, a country, the message itself, and a phone number if you supplied one. We keep order records for as long as Spanish tax law obliges us to, and messages for up to two years so a thread can be resumed rather than restarted. After that they are deleted.
The reasons we may hold any of it are narrow: performing the contract, since a parcel needs an address and a confirmation call needs a number; replying to something you asked; and the tax and accounting obligations every Spanish company has. Marketing is not among them.
Does anyone else get it?
The courier is given what it needs to find your door. The payment provider is given what it needs to take a card payment. The hosting company holds the site the data sits on. That is the complete list. Nothing is sold, and nothing is passed to a third party for their own advertising.
How do I get rid of it?
Ask, through the contact page. You are entitled to a copy, a correction, erasure, a restriction on use, an objection, or an export to somewhere else, and none of it costs anything. If we deal with the request badly you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, or to the equivalent authority where you live.
